Sino Group – Media Publicity of CSR initiatives (January 2016)

Go Code Project is a CSR programme run by Sino Group for primary school pupils from underprivileged families. Students of City University of Hong Kong were trained to be tutors who taught the children coding and guided them to create their own apps in an interactive and fun learning environment. PR for Good undertook the media relations of the Graduation Ceremony which was held at Olympian City on 16 Jan 2016 and officiated by Mr. Matthew Cheung, Secretary for Labour and Welfare, HKSAR Government. We also organised a small group media interview prior to the event for the tutors and children to share their experience.  In order to reach out to target audience, we pitched the story idea to a TV programme for children.
